Using Rollers on Straight Hair?

Well I just started curling my hair in spirals with rollers, I put the rollers on damp hair and then take them off in the mornings but the spirals/curls don't seem to stay curl, I take them off and its curly but then after a minute or two they are gone and my hair seems all flat again. What Can I do to Maintain the spirals perfect???? What should I put before and after the rollers??? Thanks

1) Make sure that the hair is COMPLETELY dry before taking out the curlers!

2) Twist hair strands before putting them into the curlers if you don't do that already.

3) Use gel, hairspray, etc in the hair while it's still wet. Hairspray is good because it's light and holds well.

4) When when you take the curlers out and have the curls the way you want, soak it with a hard-hold hairspray. This will work! If you tried hairspray and it didn't work, you just need stronger hairspray. There's hairspray out there that can keep foot-high mohawks standing straight up for days, so there's definitely a hairspray that'll keep your curls in!

Really the trick about this is what my sister told me. When your hair is damp us HAIRSPRAY only hairspray. Put hairspray on the strand that your puttin the curler on. Pin the curlers in and put hairspray over it. When you take them out in the morning put more hairspray in them, but not too much or it will feel rough, comb it out. Don't comb out the curls. It should stay in. If not then go to your stylest and see what they can do.= ]閳?br>Using Rollers on Straight Hair?

A styling mouse or a styling lotion applied to towel dried hair and rolled on rollers should work.

You can use something called lotta body or setting lotion this helps the curls stay longer and then use holding spray to keep the curls through out the day
