I know you could use a 1" curler ar a tripple barrel waver but i want to know how to get waves with out heat!

I have tried scrunching and it dosnt stay in over night and i cant redo it in the morning because i dont have time. o-yea i have also tried sliiping with braids in but it makes it all frizzy

Braid after a shower. If you want more curly use two braids. Less curly use one. Let your hair dry and voila! French braids work the best. No product needed! Try to not condtion your hair too much or it won't work well. Also make sure the braids are tight!

I use a root booster moose and a salt-inhanced spray. The salt will give you a beachy-summer look.... wavy, but not really curly. This is great for my hair since it's pin straight otherwise. Do this after you shower, and hair that isn't washed that day works best because of the extra oils. Dry naturally, with a difusser, or normally (but scrunch as you dry lightly) and hair spray lightly. This look is always good!

Alright, this is gonna sound weird but bear with me. If you mix a teaspoon of model glue (the kind used on model airplanes) with three cups of water, one egg white, and a little honey (not too much) You can turn your dull hair into hair that is not only wavey but has a beautiful natural shine to it. Not only have I never actually done this, I've never even heard of it. But hey it could work. Give it a shot.

While your hair is still damp, braid it very tightly as high up on your head as you can get into many small braids. Let dry. Undo braids and there you are crimped, wavy hair.

While it's still wet, apply some mousse, pull your hair back like you are going to put it in a pony tail, twist it, then wrap up into a bun still twisting, but not TOO tight, but tight enough that it doesn't fall. Use a non-metal ponytail holder to hold it up (wrap it around a couple of times). I suggest doing this at night before you go to bed if you want to wear it wavy during the day. Or put it up in the morning and take it down at night for an excellent evening look. Either way, it will probably still be a little damp. To get out some of the frizz, buy some castor oil in the black people's hair section, rub a small amount on your hands and smooth onto your hair. Don't use too much so your hair doesn't look greasy.

This will give you big waves. If you want smaller waves, do a simple braid before you put it in the bun.
