How can black people turn straight hair to curly hair?

I have been using a relaxer for a very long time (since I was a child) . Do I really need to cut all my hair off and let it grow naturally or is there some kind of product I can use to make it curly? I don't really want to turn to weaves that look naturally curly. Or do I just grow the relaxer out (just continue to wash my hair without adding my relaxer to it)?

Depends on how long you're willing to wait.

ask your hair stylist for advice, they'll know what to do

you can't get the relaxer out, you need to either cut it or wait til it grows back in.

Curling iron and hairspray works best.

But first, wrap your hair and wash it or get a perm.

Unfortunately, after putting a relaxer in your hair it's not going back to a natural curl. Unless you grow out your perm either by braids or cutting it. Assuming that you don't want to cut your hair all the way off you should just opt out for a classy curling set.
