No shampoo or conditioner will effect how fast your hair grows. You could try eating alot of protein and taking vitamins which may help a little, and get regular trimmings to keep it healthy as it grows.

trimm your hair stop using heat of any kind to it and i me blow drying it

don't worry the wet look is in

and only blow dry it once a week with products to help prevent damage to your hair

I am a hairdresser. Any shampoo that claims to make hair grow faster is a false claim. Hair grows from the root located underneath your scalp, so it grows from the inside out. Its growth depends on the nutrients in your blood. My advice would be to take a vitamin specifically for hair growth or a good multi-vitamin.
